1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (including all 50 states, no P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses). We do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT, excluding major U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 6:00 PM CT will begin processing the next business day.

3. Carriers

We work with a variety of reputable carriers. The carrier for your order is randomly assigned based on availability and your delivery location from a pool that may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other trusted logistics providers. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

4. Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery within the United States typically takes 3–6 business days. These are estimates only – actual delivery may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or holiday peaks.

5. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

6. Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our facility.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@babyboofashioon.it.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
